I was first of all happy that I did not have to hire 2 separate companies for this job. YHM offers both services, and were able to complete both in one day. The results went way beyond what I was hoping for. The house was in rough shape, but I must say they have made it very presentable for selling. Mike himself was great to work with. I found him professional, and very easy to deal with. He did everything he said he was going to do. "Your word is your worth". This is exactly what Mike did. There were no surprises. Lastly, I also need to thank Mike for going above and beyond with a plumbing emergency that arose on the day of the job.
